RMG-4-BCL-SS ROUND — 4-Pin Rubber Moulded Bulkhead Connector

The RMG-4-BCL-SS ROUND is a 4-pin male rubber-moulded bulkhead connector for panel and housing installation on dive bells, dive baskets and diving-spread control vans. The body is made from glass-reinforced epoxy with hard gold-plated copper-alloy contacts, mounts in a circular panel cutout with a jam nut, and mates directly with the RMG/RMK in-line female connector family. IMCA D 035 compliant for commercial offshore diving operations.

Notes for Selection

Mating and maintenance. Inspect contacts and O-rings, apply silicone grease, align and push straight until fully seated, then fit the locking sleeve immediately; carry out an insulation-resistance test before energising. Install dummy plugs before water entry, rinse with fresh water after seawater exposure, store dry and UV-shaded, and replace O-rings every two years or on visible damage. Panel cutout drawings are available on request with the model number.
