MCBH2M 2-contact Micro Circular bulkhead wet-mate connector, male (pins), 600 V DC/AC, 10 A per contact (max 20 A), 7,000 m depth, IP68, mates with MCIL2F.
The MCBH2M is a 2-contact Micro Circular bulkhead subsea connector, male (pins) face, wet-mateable and rated to 10 A per contact (20 A per connector) at 7,000 m working depth. It mounts through a standard 7/16-20 UNF-2A hull penetration and is supplied with colour-coded PTFE leads for direct splicing inside the housing.

Key Design Features
Wet-mateable: mate and demate in seawater; each contact carries its own moulded O-ring seal, so a single seal failure does not flood the connector.
SubConn Compatible: identical face geometry, contact pitch and 7/16-20 UNF-2A thread, so it retrofits existing SubConn panels and harnesses without re-machining.
Gold-plated contacts: brass UNS-C36000 contacts hold contact resistance below 0.01 Ω across the full 500-cycle life.
10 A per contact: rated current with a 20 A connector limit for the 2-contact shell.
Pressure qualified: 1,400 bar mated design depth, 800 bar open face, so the face survives handling and storage unmated.
Brass body: matched to the housing material to avoid galvanic couples; brass, 316L stainless, titanium, anodised aluminium and PEEK are available across the range.
SubConn Compatible — MCBH / MCIL / MCOM series; also interchangeable with SeaCon and Burton micro circular equivalents
Typical Applications
Power feeds to cameras, lights and thrusters, battery and charger links, 24 V and 48 V DC drops on ROV and AUV hardware.
Notes for Selection
The 2-contact bulkhead is the workhorse power penetration: 10 A per contact with a 20 A connector limit, on the same 7/16-20 UNF footprint as the signal versions.
