ILM1F Circular Series Mini 1-Contact In-Line Connector — Overview

The ILM1F is the Mini 1-contact in-line of the Circular series, female (sockets) face, wet-mateable and rated 10 A at 7,000 m operational depth. It carries a single power or signal channel on a slim 3.6 mm cable and couples with a Delrin locking sleeve.

Key Design Features

• Wet-mateable: mate and demate in seawater; the single contact carries its own moulded seal.
• SubConn Compatible: the same Mini face geometry and locking-sleeve coupling as the ILM1 series.
• Gold-plated contact: brass UNS-C36000 contact holds contact resistance below 0.01 Ω across the full 500-cycle life.
• Slim cable: 18 AWG on a 3.6 mm chloroprene jacket — the smallest cable in the Circular series.
• Pressure qualified: 1,400 bar mated design depth, 800 bar open face.

The Mini 1-contact in-line is the smallest of the Circular series: one 10 A contact on a slim 3.6 mm cable with a Delrin locking sleeve, for penetrations and splices where a multi-contact shell would be oversize.
