DLPBH13M Power Ethernet Low Profile Bulkhead Connector — Overview

The DLPBH13M is a 13-contact SubConn Compatible low-profile Power Ethernet bulkhead subsea connector, male (pins) face, combining four CAT 5E Ethernet twisted pairs with four 18 AWG power conductors and a screen in one wet-mateable interface. Power contacts are rated 600 V / 4 A (max 16 A per connector) and the data path sustains 1 Gbit/s up to 75 m.

Key Design Features

• Power + Ethernet in one connector: four CAT 5E twisted pairs, four 18 AWG power conductors and a screen eliminate a second penetration and cable.
• Wet-mateable: connect and disconnect underwater; the reconfigured contact geometry maximises data flow while eliminating cross-talk and noise.
• Gigabit performance: 1 Gbit/s sustained up to 75 m of matched PUR cable.
• SubConn Compatible: same face geometry and thread as the SubConn Ethernet series, so it retrofits existing panels without re-machining.
• Gold-plated contacts: female sockets in gold-plated brass UNS-C36000, male contacts in gold-plated beryllium copper for stable low-resistance data and power paths.
• Depth qualified: pressure tested to 600 bar / 8,700 psi open face; PEEK body option rated 300 bar / 4,350 psi.
